Bella Jewel is an Aussie girl through and through.
She spent her life in Western Australia, growing up in many different areas
of the state. She now currently lives in Perth with her husband, children and
mass amounts of pets. She's crazy, fun, outgoing and friendly. Writing is her
passion, she started at the young age of 18 but finally got the courage up to
publish, and her first novel Hell's Knights was released in August 2013</

Review
I've read every book that Bella has written, Bella is a phenomenal writer. Number Thirteen started strong, I was instantly sucked in to the story from the prologue. It's just that something happened in the story that just didn't do it for me....was it something huge? No, it just turned me off a little. With that said I still enjoyed the story. 3.5 stars
William is disfigured when he is Thirteen. He is a tortured soul and becomes a master to Thirteen girls in this story. This is how we meet Emelyn, she is one of William's captive's. She can't remember her past or how she got to where she is but she pushes William's boundaries and makes him feel for the first time in years. There are struggles and events that take place that I don't want to reveal because I don't want to give up the story, this is a book you need to go into with a blank slate.
Number Thirteen was intriguing and intense. I would have loved to have seen more of a relationship develop between William and Emelyn. Anyone that enjoys dark, emotional, intense reads will enjoy Number Thirteen.
