Review


I enjoyed Keep Me Safe, the mystery and the danger of the storyline kept me interested. I also loved the fact that there was a love story thrown in to help balance out the “thriller” part of the story.  3.75 stars.


Caleb Devereaux is at his last-ditch effort. Tori, his sister, has been kidnapped by a lunatic and he needs Ramie St. Clair’s help to find his sister.  Ramie, is a psychic with a special gift at locating people.  But this special gift of Ramie’s is costing her, each time she loses a piece of herself after she is placed in the victims mind, she is losing her sanity experiencing what each of the victim experiences.  Caleb finds Ramie and basically forces Ramie into helping his sister; he is horrified when he realizes what this does to her. Caleb can’t say he would do anything differently, because now he has his sister back.  When he goes to make amends with Ramie, she has disappeared off the map again.  All of a sudden Ramie calls him and needs his help, and Caleb leaps at the chance…the chance to make things right and protect her against the psycho killer that’s after Ramie.    


Like I mentioned above, I enjoyed that suspense and action of Keep Me Safe.  There where some parts of the story I was left with questions about. Also, be warned, there were parts that were difficult to read in general.  Regardless, I’m still looking forward to the next book in this series, In His Keeping and would recommend the book to readers of romantic suspense.
