Missing the chance to be with the girl who stole his heart, John roams aimlessly, taking advantage of women, not caring who he hurts. But a night out with the guys changes everything.
Faith may have run but her past refuses to let her go.
Review
I have been reading some really good books lately. And this was one of them. Reading the title & the synopsis, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect with this book. I figured I’d give it a shot. Well, the title definitely “fits” it well. I really enjoyed reading Finding Faith. It made my heart feel good throughout the story. 4 Stars
Faith leaves home and everyone she loves. Her boyfriend, her twin sister & younger sister. I found her to be wiser than her years & very courageous to just up & leave like she did. This really tore her up & she had to do it. She didn’t have much of a choice. You’ll find out why she did this if you read this book. I won’t spoil it for you. I just think you’ll appreciate this book more if I don’t give it away. I know in the beginning, I just couldn’t understand why she was leaving, but knew that there must have been a good reason. And there was.
Faith makes a new life for herself, or at least tries to in Chicago. She works as an x-ray tech at a hospital with her best friend Grace. Faith is being framed for missing drugs at the hospital & doesn’t have a clue as to who is behind it. She has recently broken off a relationship with Brad, a doctor who works at the same hospital, and being at work is really tough for her right now. So when she gets talked into going out with grace & meeting up with some of the firemen she’s met at work, she goes along, but just plans to stay for a short while. She certainly did not expect to see John, her long lost boyfriend that she left years ago with no explanation as to why. I fell in love with this guy. He had his heart broken, stomped on & still continued to think of Faith through the years. How could I not fall for him with all of the sweet, tender, romantic actions he showed Faith in trying to get her to remember that they had something special. He’s one hell of a determined guy. Faith didn’t stand a chance against him.
I am really looking forward to the next book & now I have found another author who is new for me to love!

Author Biography:
The mid-west has been my home my entire life. Make that the same state, Illinois. I even lived in the same house the first twenty-three years of my life until I moved out. I am married with three young daughters that are always into something.
I work a part time job in the medical field. I have been lucky enough to have been doing it for almost 15 years. The stories I could tell would probably amaze you. They are almost as entertaining as Finding Faith, but not quite.
This journey started out as a hobby to keep me busy while my husband is at work. Not that the kids don't do a good job, but at night I get bored while he's gone. I wrote a YA Paranormal novel that is still sleeping, waiting for me to do something with it, but John and Faith called to me. I really don't know what it is but their story took over and I have to get it out. I fell in love with them and have to share in hopes that you all fall in love with them as much as I have.
