Review
I’m split down the middle on my feelings
about Torrent, there was so much potential in the synopsis. Torrent was definitely dark, twisted, and messed…Gemma writes dark well. Gemma also writes erotic and sexy well. I just didn’t fully connect to the characters
or their history, maybe if we had revisited their past more in the story it
would have been easier for me to feel their connection. 3 stars.

Even with my lack of connecting to the
characters, once I got to about the middle of the book, I couldn’t put it down
until I seen where the story was going. Boy, did I get a surprise when Torrent ended
with a major cliffhanger! If you like messed-up, mind-freak, dark, steamy reads….you’ll
like this one.
