Review
Well, I was really surprised by this book! This is my first book by Clarissa and it definitely won't be my last. This is without a doubt one of my top ten favorite dark reads...very close to a 5 star read. I knocked a few points back because I didn't care for the time/date stamps at the beginning of the chapters, they got very confusing to me and I really disliked the open ending. Other than that, this was a great read 4.5 stars
I'm not going to summarize the story like I usually do on my reviews, you need to go into this book blind. Just know there is history between X and our heroine, and plenty of plot twists I didn't see coming!
Lovers of dark reads will love this one. Mr. X was raw, mind-bending, and gritty.....top ten dark read favorite. I'll just choose my own HEA for this twisted couple.
